Refund policy

We will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase, under one condition: the product is not opened or abused.

We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 4 working days with photographs of the damaged goods in their packaging (we need these for shipping insurance purposes), and we will organise delivery of a new shipment.
